I feel like I am running. At times- not running a race but running to stay in, to keep up. There is a difference. When you are running a race - there is a goal to finish. When you are running to keep up you may find yourself so distracted by the movement that you lose sight of your goal. Can you see the difference? Running to keep up is exhausting! Running the race is exhilarating So when I am worn out, whipped- hey that is the wrong run. I have to get back in touch with my goal of finishing the race of the journey.
