Get in Shape

Every athlete in London has gone into strict training in order to qualify.  How much more so should we get into training?  We have already qualified by accepting Jesus, but we should not stay there but strengthen our spiritual muscles by training.  When we train through study, spiritual disciplines, being in community with other believers, being in communion with God, we are strengthened in so many ways.  It's pretty cool how our spiritual well-being helps our emotional well-being.  And our emotional well-being can get us in position for our physical well-being.

Let's get in shape!  Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize?  Run in such a way as to get the prize (I Cor. 9:24 NIV).  type to you later.
