Oh, I know that sometimes you don't think prayer works - but it does. And when we all pray the same way - on one accord, in God's will - wow great things happen. America experienced another school killing. Jamaica is experiencing senseless killings. But it doesn't stop there. No, so many other places are experiencing their own trials. The seasons are disturbed. People are confused, distressed, fearful.
So what can we do? Pray. Yes, pray. Pray for God's sovereign will in your life, in your area, and on earth. Pray for his peace. Pray that you are an instrument of his peace. Let's try God together, collectively as one in prayer. Hezekiah Walker's song says it, "I need you to survive."
