I have so many opportunities to watch the woundedness in people and to aid in the healing of some. I had an opportunity to witness an upper level supervisor who did not have a great command of the English language to misuse a term in trying to tell me what she thought. It was so sad, because she misused the term, had no clue what she was saying, and bottom line - she spoke out of her worth wound. I realized quickly that she had worth issues. She needed help.
We all have wounds, it depends on whether or not we are seeking to heal those wounds. Too many hurt people hurt people. You have heard that before. Make sure you are not one of those 'hurt people'. enough for now.
