Where here is again. A pivotal point in my life. But then how many pivotal points do we miss because we are not looking? The easiest things is to try to do SOMETHING. The hardest thing is to do NOTHING. But in the nothing I am waiting to hear and marveling at what God is doing. In the nothing I am trying to be still, to be quiet, and to hear Him. And so I wait. . . on Him.

I have traveled to Israel and am now back. It has given me even more time to think about how disconnected we are with one another. We have become immersed in our own world that we do not take time to stay connected with others.

I am writing just to be able to say "I said it." I will say it anyway. We, as a people of God, play too many games with our lives. We miss the importance of our lives and get caught up on really petty stuff that is really controlling our lives.

When - when and where do we begin to say "enough"? When do we say "Lord show me your way"?

stay on

Why do we insist on checking, correcting, destroying, criticizing, others on the journey? Why do we use so much precious time when we should be handling our own issues, checking our own messes. It is mindboggling how we waste so much precious time. I know, I have to catch myself everyday to stay on my journey, to stay in my lane. And when I think about how really exciting it is, then I don't have time for other chitchat about everybody's everything. So, I continue on the journey.

The Journey Dance

Life is indeed a journey. We can choose to walk, to crawl, or to dance. I have danced, walked, and yes, crawled. And now, as I find myself moving into a new place, I am standing; not walking, not crawling, not dancing, but standing. And I wait to hear my instructions from the Lord.
