On Your Walk

After the resurrection two of the followers were were going along the road to Emmaus. Jesus walked with them as they told the story of all that had happened. They didn’t know who Jesus was.
And even as he opened up scripture to them, they didn’t know who he was. There is so much in this.
It was not until they had invited Jesus in to stay that the knew who he was when he broke bread. And when they recognized- he was gone.

Don’t miss him in the events of the time. Don’t  get so caught up that you can’t see. Don’t miss him because your focus is elsewhere. Invite him in on your decisions, your conversation. Listen, watch. enough for now.

Please read Luke 24:13-35.
