Junk Out

You know, the more I learn about others, the more I resolve about self.  Too often, we hold on to stuff that absolutely has no value to us or in our lives. Yes we do. We fill our minds with too much junk. There is so much more to what God has for us, yet our own wounding can deter us.

Junk can cause emotional upheaval and you can't pinpoint the source.  And sometimes when you attempt to pinpoint the source you find yourself on a rabbit trail - distracted. I challenge you to join me in letting go of junk.  Before you let go, you must recognize the difference between the junk and usable information.  Enjoy the release of your junk.  enough for now.
